Pastoral Reach began with a simple observation: the clergy and staff who pour their hearts into caring for their communities were drowning in spreadsheets, sticky notes, and scattered emails. Important follow-ups were being missed. Members were falling through the cracks. The people doing the most caring were spending more time on logistics than on being present with those who needed them.
We knew there had to be a better way. So we partnered directly with clergy, administrators, and lay leaders to build a platform that reflects the way pastoral care actually works, with all its nuance, sensitivity, and urgency.
